• Regularization

  Will pursue the regularization of all engineers at every level in strict accordance with the JE Seniority List, employing result oriented, legally grounded strategies to bring adhocism to a definitive end.

• Promotions

  Maintain relentless institutional pressure to ensure all available vacancies are filled within stipulated timelines, enabling structured and merit based career growth for every member.

• Direct Quota Utilization at AE Level

  Ensure the reserved 20% Direct Quota at AE Level is utilized exclusively for the promotion of in-service JEs, in line with the recommendations of the Committee headed by MD JPDCL.

• GP-4260 Court Directive Implementation

  Ensure the complete and unconditional implementation of Honourable Court directions pertaining to the GP-4260 service benefit for Junior Engineers.

• ACP Enactment in PDD

  Accord highest priority to the enactment and operationalization of the Assured Career Progression (ACP) scheme within PDD, and sustained advocacy until full implementation is achieved.

• Creation of New Posts

  Commitment to the implementation of the recommendations of SO 109 with special focus on the creation of the new posts as recommended by the unbundling committee of PDD.

• Grievances of PM Package Engineers

  The issues of the Engineers appointed under PM package shall be redressed on priority in addition to other HR issues.

• Uncompromising Anti-Privatization Stance

  Oppose every form of privatization in the Power sector with the full institutional force of JKEEGA employing legislative engagements, legal recourse, and mass mobilization.

• Protection Against Victimization

  Establish robust institutional safeguards to prevent any form of victimization or administrative overreach against engineers.

• Member Centric Grievance Resolution

  Transform JKEEGA into a proactive service institution that extends timely, substantive support to every member in addressing service-related concerns.

• Dedicated Enforcement Wing

  Strongly advocate for the creation of a specialized Enforcement Wing within the Distribution Corporation to alleviate the operational burden on O&M Engineering staff.

• Democratic Setup within JKEEGA

  Every fraternity member will have a say in the decision making of the critical issues and due representation shall be given to female colleagues at all platforms.
